(12)Engaging in disorderly conduct, which means: fighting or other physically violent or physically threatening conduct creating a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act that serves no legitimate purpose making noise that could unreasonably disturb others who are carrying on lawful activities or conduct that breaches the peace. Fraternity leadership received the final appeal decision notice on June 13. The chapter appealed the findings and sanctions from the Conduct Officer on January 25, the Student Conduct Board on March 9, and the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs on April 16.

The complaints included noise complaints coming from the recognized chapter house and cars coming to and from the house, public urination, alcohol related complaints, and disorderly conduct.
